Kula Services Request Tracker
If SmartBar Systems ever implement appropriate management processes, this will be the primary interface to register and track requests for support, replacement cards, sales leads, enhancements to the systems, and so on.
In the meantime it is the interface to log any issues or requests for Kula Services.
You will be able to view and monitor requests that you have raised. The web site for the request tracker is currently maintained on one of my own servers at https://rt.kula.co.nz and its availability may be a wee bit flaky from time to time...
